Shipping Policy

Same-Day Shipping
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM CST containing only qualified items ship the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST or on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day.

Processing Schedule
All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3 to 5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1 to 2 business days (additional charges apply)

  • Hawaii and Alaska: Up to 7 business days

Order Cancellations

We begin preparing your order immediately after it’s placed.
If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at pure@puremedicalspa.us or 312.312.7873.

  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM CST can be canceled before 10:00 AM CST the next business day.

  • Once an order has shipped, cancellations and delivery fee refunds cannot be processed.

Returns & Replacements

We only accept returns for defective or damaged products.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at pure@puremedicalspa.us or call 312.312.7873.
Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once verified, we will provide a prepaid return label. After inspection, a replacement will be shipped promptly.

We take great care in packaging your products to ensure safe delivery.
If your package arrives damaged, please retain both the box and contents until our team reviews your case.
