At PURE Med Spa, we aim to process and ship your orders quickly so you can start enjoying your skincare routine without delay.
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 1:00 PM CST will be processed the next business day.
- You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- We offer Standard Shipping (3–5 business days) and Expedited Shipping (1–2 business days) across the continental United States.
- Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination and carrier service.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, distance, and selected carrier.
- Free shipping may apply to select promotional offers or order totals as indicated on product pages or checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can check your order status anytime using that tracking link or by contacting our support team.
Shipping Restrictions
- Currently, we ship only within the United States.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the U.S. at this time.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us immediately at pure@puremedskin.us or pure@puremedicalspa.us or call 312.312.7873.
Include your order number and photos (if applicable), and we’ll assist you promptly.
