Yes. PURE Med Skin is run by PURE Medical Spa in Chicago, and we only sell authentic products from professional skincare brands.

What does medical-grade skincare mean?

Medical-grade products are professional formulas usually sold through physician offices and med spas. They tend to use well-studied actives such as retinoids, vitamin C, peptides and growth factors, made to be used as part of a guided routine.

How do I choose the right products for my skin?

Start with Shop by concern on the home page, or read our journal for routine guides. If you want a personal recommendation, call the PURE team at 312.312.7873 or email pure@puremedskin.us.

How does the 30% off offer work?

Products in our best sellers get 30% off automatically at checkout. No code is needed.

Where do you ship, and how long does it take?

We ship within the United States. Standard shipping takes 3 to 5 business days and expedited shipping takes 1 to 2 business days. See our shipping policy for details.

Can I return a product?

Because skincare is personal care, we accept returns for damaged or defective products. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. See our refund policy for the full terms.
